When can I use Tower Cash?
Tower Cash can be used NOW and the redemption date has been EXTENDED through January 14, 2025.
When was Tower Cash earned?
Tower Cash was earned between November 15, 2024 through December 24, 2024.

    Here's an example of how easy it is to earn Tower Cash:
    Every order over $100 earns $20 Tower Cash.
    Tower Cash is emailed to the customer 48 hours after qualifying In Stock order is placed.

     

  1. For every $100 plus order, you earn $20 in Tower Cash 48 hours after qualifying In Stock order is placed, which can be applied to a future order through starting December 25, 2024. (Please Note: Only one Tower Cash rewards redeemed per order.)
  2. The Tower Cash you earn will be sent via email. Customer must provide a valid email address within their account.
  3. When placing a subsequent order to redeem Tower Cash during the redemption period, add the Tower Cash code to the order within the coupon code box of the Shopping Cart at check out, and it will then be deducted from your purchase total! Only one Tower Cash rewards can be used on each following order.

Tower Cash rewards are earned based on the amount of in-stock shippable merchandise purchases after all applicable discounts are applied. The amount of in-stock shippable merchandise does NOT include pending Paypal balances, service charges, shipping charges, sales tax, fuel surcharges, or purchased gift certificates. The promotion dates are based on Central Time.

Tower Cash offers are NOT retroactive. Purchases may NOT be combined or split to earn additional Tower Cash.

Tower Cash is transferable. You may give your Tower Cash to someone else, but the expiration date still applies.

Tower Cash is NOT legal tender. No cash back.

Can I combine Tower Cash rewards codes?
No- you can use only one $20 Tower Cash code for each following order places after you've earned your Tower Cash. Earn Tower Cash through December 24, 2024. Redeem your Tower Cash starting December 25, 2024 through January 14 2025.
Who Can Earn Tower Cash?
All customers qualify for Tower Cash, per qualifying purchase of $100 or more!
How will I receive my Tower Cash?
If you earn Tower Cash, it will arrive via email (you must supply us with a valid email address).
When will I receive my Tower Cash?
Your Tower Cash will arrive via email approximately 48 hours after qualifying In Stock order is placed. Save this email! You will not be sent another email containing your Tower Cash rewards.
Why didn't I receive my Tower Cash?
Sometimes Tower Cash emails get blocked by email filters. If you did not receive your Tower eCash via email, check the blocked or spam email folder in your account. You also may need to add towerhobbies.com to your approved senders/address book.
How do I redeem my Tower Cash on my towerhobbies.com purchase?
Add the Tower Cash Rewards code to your order within the coupon code box of the Shopping Cart before checking out and the value of your Tower Cash rewards will be deducted from your order total. Each Tower Cash must be applied to a single order. Promotion dates are based on Central Time and your Tower Cash is only valid through January 14, 2025.
Are there any exceptions when redeeming my Tower Cash?
Yes. Tower Cash may not be applied to orders placed outside of the Tower Cash redemption period, nor can Tower Cash be used to purchase Gift Certificates.
Can I use Coupon Codes when I redeem my Tower Cash?
Yes. Tower Cash may be redeemed with any other offer, but cannot be redeemed for cash. (Please Note: Only one Tower Cash rewards redeemed per order.)
Can I use expired Tower Cash?
We're sorry, Tower Cash can only be applied to orders placed before January 14, 2025.
